The One Piece Takeaway
The aim is for everything to move off the ball at the same time. This is known as the one piece take away - club, hands, arms and body all moving as one.
At this stage, the hands are passive, moving only in response to your body.
The left arm stays connected on your chest, making sure as you move, there is no separation between the arms and body.
The hands work closer to the right thigh, and the club head stays outside of the hands.
Your stance should be wide enough to promote stability and narrow enough to promote good motion. The shorter the club, the narrower your stance.
