Playing

Do I need golf or simulator experience?

Absolutely not. Caddi Club was designed so you get everything you need, in a comfortable environment, to learn, improve and fall in love with the greatest sport in the world. Our players range from complete novices to former pros.

Do I need my own clubs?

You're welcome to bring your own, or hire ours at the venue. Members get complimentary club hire.

Is there a dress code?

None. Trainers, jeans, whatever. This is not that kind of golf club.

How many people per bay?

Up to 8 people per Pay & Play booking, or 4 on a member booking. Bigger group? See Events: sections hold up to 150 and full venue hire up to 300.

Booking & pricing

How much is Pay & Play?

Bays are priced per bay, not per person, with up to 8 people sharing. Pay & Play is £20 an hour on weekday mornings (from £10 for 30 minutes) and £40 an hour at other off-peak times. Peak slots are £60 an hour. Waterloo starts at £40 an hour. For two or more players, longer sessions are cheaper per hour: the first hour is always the standard rate, and the hours after it are 25% off on a two-hour booking, 33% off on three hours and 50% off on four. Playing on your own is charged at the standard rate however long you stay, and since the bay is priced per bay, bringing someone along costs nothing and turns the longer-session discount on. The exact price for your slot is shown before you pay.

What's the cancellation policy for a Pay & Play bay?

48 hours or more before your slot, you get the full value back as Caddi credit, or, if you'd rather have the money, a cash refund less a £5 admin fee, which you have to ask for. Between 24 and 48 hours it's full value as credit, with no cash option. Under 24 hours the booking is forfeit and nothing comes back. Bookings made before 17 October 2026 keep the terms they were booked under, where 12 to 24 hours returns half the value as Caddi credit and only under 12 hours returns nothing. Cancel from the link in your confirmation email and it tells you exactly what you'll get before you confirm. Credit refunds go to the Caddi account for the email address the booking was made with, and can be used on future bookings.

Can I just walk in?

Yes, when bays are free, but evenings go fast, so booking ahead is safest.

Memberships

What Memberships are there?

There are three memberships: Social, Improver, Complete. You choose how to pay: a 12-month contract paid monthly, rolling monthly, or a year upfront where it is on sale. There is no joining fee on a 12-month membership, or £180 to join on rolling monthly, and every new member's first month includes a £99 swing evaluation and £100 of credit: £199 of extras. Played with us in the last month? That comes off. Prices depend on the club, and the monthly price on a 12-month contract is lower than rolling monthly. Chelsea: from £119 a month on a 12-month contract (no joining fee), from £130 a month rolling monthly (plus a £180 joining fee, so £310 the first month) or from £1,428 a year paid upfront; Fulham: from £110 a month on a 12-month contract (no joining fee), from £120 a month rolling monthly (plus a £180 joining fee, so £300 the first month) or from £1,320 a year paid upfront; Waterloo: from £119 a month on a 12-month contract (no joining fee), from £130 a month rolling monthly (plus a £180 joining fee, so £310 the first month) or from £1,428 a year paid upfront; Wimbledon: from £110 a month on a 12-month contract (no joining fee), from £120 a month rolling monthly (plus a £180 joining fee, so £300 the first month) or from £1,320 a year paid upfront. Credits are 30-minute simulator sessions.

Can Members bring guests?

Yes: as many as you like across the month, free, with no need to book them in advance. The only limit is the bay itself: a member bay seats 4, so that is you plus three guests at a time.

Can I try before joining?

Book a 60-minute Taster Session for £60: it comes off your first month if you join.

What if I need to cancel a bay session?

Members cancel from the dashboard, not from an email link.

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before it starts and every credit goes straight back.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours, half of your credits come back, rounded down to whole credits, so a single 30-minute credit returns nothing.
  • Inside 12 hours, nothing comes back at the time.
  • Cancel inside 24 hours and there is still a second chance: if someone was already on the waitlist for that time and the club ends up sold out for it, half of the booking comes back as credit once the session has run, rounded down, on top of anything you have already had.
  • It counts as a late cancellation either way, and three of those in a membership month, no-shows included, cancels all your upcoming bay and lesson bookings and freezes your account: 1 day the first time, 3 days the second, then a week.

Credits come back with the expiry they already had, so cancelling returns the credit but not more time to use it.

How do I cancel or downgrade?

To cancel, at least 30 days' written notice, on rolling monthly or once a 12-month membership has run its term. Give notice in the Caddi Club app, on our website, or by email to your own club. Downgrading needs one month's notice today, the same way.

Lessons

How do lessons work?

Lessons run on 30-minute credits, bookable back-to-back for hour-long sessions, within your venue’s opening hours. Every session is backed by full swing data.

What do lessons cost?

A swing evaluation is £99. Thirty minutes is £65, one hour £120, 90 minutes £180 and 2 hours £240, each paid per lesson, with packages from 5 hours (£550) to 50 hours (£4,500). Members get discounted rates.

Are there beginner options?

Yes: our Learn to Golf beginner programme runs at Wimbledon and Fulham. Beginners are welcome for a lesson or a bay at any venue.
