Independent studies show a 5% gain in swing speed over 6 weeks of regular training with our online training protocols.

A 5% increase is common after just the first session! You’ll find that performing 3 workouts per week, over a 6 week period will make this increase permanent.

WEEK 1

Introduction and demonstration on the Super Speed program. You will receive a Super Speed Score Card so you can track any progress you make.

WEEK 2

Measure your progress with our staff to see if you're making gains with the training. This is to ensure you're using the equipment properly and gives you a chance to ask any questions.

WEEK 3-5

Check-in each week with our coaches to record any further progress.

WEEK 6

Your final assessment with our coaches to measure how much speed you've retained from training the past 6 weeks!
